Business Coaching
Who we need most in life is somebody who brings us to do what we are most able to – Ralph Waldo Emerson
Individual management coaching or further development of management in small groups
Coaching management is a professional, respectful exchange on a level playing field to develop individual and sustainable solutions for the most varied subjects. You have the opportunity to learn about tools with which you can manage yourself and others more easily and therefore take a new direction in your career and in life.
The essential basis for a successful coaching process is a trusting coach-client relationship.
Effects include e.g. achieving greater sovereignty, increased effectiveness or success, and handling yourself in a new, more relaxed manner. It is also possible that you increase your social skills and emotional intelligence, or strengthen your self-consciousness through your improved competences. It is also possible that you will achieve orientation and clarity in complex processes or during structural changes, or improve decision-making.
The subjects to be dealt with will be determined together at the beginning. The following subjects are common:
The greater the difficulty one overcomes, the greater the victory – Cicero
Team coaching can make sense if the work climate has been disturbed, crises must be averted, work efficiency should be increased or communication improved. Or also if you would like to increase team spirit or expectations should be clarified.
This includes both conflicts within the team as well as conflicts between the team and the team management. Individual and group discussions will be held as needed. Team coaching can make a great contribution to staff development.
I of course also work with individual team members.

It is always time for a new start – Konrad Adenauer
Staff selection – many companies lose a lot of time and money by making the wrong choice in this field. You decide who you select for your team, but perhaps you are interested in my perception, intuition, personality structure test, ability to adapt and develop further, as well as long-term motivation. Maybe you are interested in what the chosen person requires in order to make use of all their skills? Then you can decide with certainty whether you can and want to give those necessities. A second professional opinion – another perspective – for added clarity.
Who risks nothing, may hope for nothing – Friedrich von Schiller
This type of coaching is suitable for managers and executives, as it is for freelancers, founders and those starting their careers. The coach does not need not know a lot about the client’s profession – he is the expert to dictate the right questions.
Do you not know which way you should go, where your strengths and skills lie, whether you would like to apply for another position, whether you would like to change paths, be lured away or want to quit your job, would like to go freelance and what would be needed for this? You have difficulties with your boss, your colleagues, with your team, your work-life balance, feel exhausted and tired and do not know what you can change. We discuss these and many similar subjects confidentially with two heads and develop solutions and new perspectives.
Physical fitness, training, technology and the best gear are basic requirements. For winners, the decisive factors are however mental and emotional strength, inner attitude and clarity, belief in oneself, the ability to get over disruptive factors quickly or to temporarily put them to the back of one’s mind. To use your own emotions in a controlled way, as well as support from the environment are decisive for victory or defeat. Managers can learn from top athletes in this regard.
Mental strength means keeping concentration and focus in extreme training and competitive situations. Whether in competition or in hard training sessions, winning excellence is the combination of physical abilities and MENTAL TRAINING. The intensive and positive collaboration between the athlete and the trainer is decisive here.
Mental skill training has the following elements:
All of these areas or an individual field can be worked on:
I hold lectures and give workshops on different psychological subjects relevant to athletes on request, such as “Mental fitness”, “Team building”, “Visualisation”, “Dealing with pressure and stress”, and others.
