Kim made me believe in the effects of coaching again. My company had many business coachings throughout the years but none of those impressed me the way my work with Kim did. She was very clear, structured and straight forward from the start and followed up the changes step by step. High empathy made her pick up everybody from where they stood, followed up by consequent individual development. My employees said beforehand “no, not another coaching, give the money to us“. But Kim was able to lead them in the right direction. After, the whole team felt stronger and worked better togehter. I developed my leadership competencies in ways I never came across before.
